Additional users can be added through the use of the organisation page and the organisation details tab, the new users’ details should then be passed on to them. To learn how to add additional user view the ‘Admin Setup’ session.

The training is required before going live to ensure the best use of the system. Once all training is complete you will receive an email with your live credentials.

Passwords and driver’s PIN’s can be reset by first locating the user’s profile in the organisation page, the passwords and PIN’s are never visible but can be overwritten. This is an administrator’s role. To learn how this is performed view the ‘Admin Setup’ session.

Your local administrator has the rights needed to view and amend any of your details with the exception of passwords and PIN’s where they would have to provide new ones. Alternatively, you can use the forgotten password function on the r2c login page.

In some case assets may be locked out by previous owners/operators, if this is the case please contact customer support who will be able to assist further.

Yes invoicing is possible with the additional module called i2i, please contact you R2C sales representative who can assist you further.

Driver checks are routed by identifying the site ID, if the driver module does not recognise the vehicle registration then it will hold it in the staging area until the correct registration has been entered. To learn how this is carried out view the ‘Driver Module’ session.

If an asset was created by another organisation they may have locked it to prevent other interested parties from amending the details, if the asset is incorrectly locked you can approach the other party if known and ask them to unlock the asset or contact customer support who will validate your request before taking the appropriate action.

Yes, if you wish to be notified off platform when a driver has reported a defect or has reported a vehicle as unroadworthy then the subscribe button in the driver module should be used. To learn how to subscribe to driver defects view the ‘Driver Module’ session.
